1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background of the Study
The Conference System is a complete set of audio equipment to assist the participants in a conference to communicate comfortably, so that everyone participating in the conference can “hear” and “speak” clearly. Digital conference system is a conference system that integrates computer, communication, control, multimedia, image, audio and other technologies. All systems use the computer network as the platform to share data and control information, decentralized operation, and centralized control, so that equipment operators can easily and simply monitor all equipment.
In a digital conference system, the internal transmission of the folding digital system is all digital signals, and the microphones used by the participants all adopt the "analog-to-digital" conversion technology. Most unit devices also use analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, so external analog devices (such as broadcasting, recording, wired or wireless audio equipment) can directly enter the full digital conference system network through the audio media interface. Folding modularity for meetings with any level of requirements, you can choose equipment that meets the requirements through modularization and match them to form a corresponding system.
The concept of a digital conference system integrating communication technology relies greatly on communication mediums (Wired and Wireless). This is reliable communication, but when a problem occurs especially in terms of wire failure then there will be no communication. This type of connection can occur in different ranges of devices such as telephone networks, cable television or internet access, fiber-optic communication, routers, personal computers and so on.
Wireless digital conference system empowers meeting participants to share ideas and make decisions anywhere. Wireless Digital Conference System offers hassle-free audio conferencing, ensuring that every participant can hear and be heard with ease. This wireless technology use radio frequency (RF), infrared, microwave, or other types of electromagnetic or acoustic waves in place of wires, cables, or fiber optics to transmit signals or data over a short or long distance. Wireless technology used to share the data, information between two or more points which are not physically connected.
Wireless conference system is the conference system that the communication between conference microphones and system control unit does not depend on by various cables but by modulating wireless signal. The development history of wireless conference system is as below:
Firstly, the communication system is based on the digital modulating signal based on infrared ray, which is evolved from IR interpretation system. Secondly, the technique applied in wireless conference system is 2.4 GHz modulating signal, which support more stable communication and avoid environment interference caused by buildings, sun lights and others.
As more digital appliances based 2.4GHz frequency band, it could be easy to interfere with the communication of 2.4G wireless conference system. Consequently, 5.8 GHz frequency band is applied in some wireless conference systems. In some cases, there are dual-band conference system that could change the communication frequency band in according to the usage of the frequency points. They are also susceptible to less interference than 2.4 GHz phones, but Wi-Fi networks in the faster 8.02.11n standard do interfere with 5.8 GHz.

1.2 Statement of the Problem
Indeed, meetings are the most common scenario for person-to-person communication. However, imagine that in a meeting with more than 10 experts, sitting around a large table to discuss a municipal issue. Also, there are nearly 100 public audiences coming in to care about the issues. In this scenario, it is impractical to use only one wireless microphone for the communication between the 10 experts; it would be more likely to cause the meeting to a chaotic state. This kind of scenario is where the conference microphone system needed.
When it comes to choosing between wired and wireless digital conference system, there’s no right or wrong choice. It all depends on what your meeting needs are!

These Technologies have become essential to completing daily business tasks and most business, those who rely heavily on information technologies, would be crippled without their networks.
