1.2  PROBLEM STATEMENT
Sweeping which is part of cleaning is essential one to make the environment sanitary. Traditional sweeping which are in different methods involveshuge cost of labor and wastes time. This work deals with design and fabrication of a semi-automatic sweeping machine which was invented or carried out to overcome the traditional method of sweeping. This work involves the use of microcontroller and sensors to controls the machine that sweeps.This machine reduces the cleaning time to save the time and reducing the human effort to make the environment clean.

1.7      SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
Automatic floor sweeper is a system that enables cleaning of the floor by the help of highlystabilized and rapidly functionalized electronic and mechanical control system. The scope of projectwork covers the use automatic floor cleaner for large floor in house-hold purposes and officefloors. The cleaning purpose is specifically carried out by continuous relative motion between ascrubber and the floor surface. During the cleaning and moving operation of vehicle a propulsionmechanismsuchasdrivenwheelsandguidewheelsforthedrytrackingonthefloorsurfacetobe cleaned, scrubbing action is done by thescrubber directing water towards rear end. Preferably, a sweeper mechanism is mounted on thebody forwarded by propulsion mechanism and operated with such control system for advancesweeping of a debris-laden floor surface.

CHAPTER FIVE

CONCLUSION
We concluded that, automatic sweeping machine with the help of DC motor. This machine is designed in order to enable easy operation and to reduce the effort of human being. The need of this project is satisfied and with the help of this machine we can clean the floor easily. Designed with the that it is very much economical and help full to many industries and workshops. This project helped us to know the steps in completing a project work. Thus, completed the project successfully.
RECOMMENDATION
In today’s era, 95 percent of the cost of sweeping a floor is labour. Naturally, the high cost of this simple task has inspired alternative solutions and that is Automatic Floor Cleaner. From industries to homes automatic sweeping is used and is becoming a very important part of life as it saves time, money and reduces human efforts to a great extent. It is the future of cleaning in our fastmoving life. It is no surprise that they would probably be more reliable than the manual sweeping.
